Global Head of Sales

Chris leads as Global Head of Sales for Pontoon, where he deploys his passion for commercializing human capital solutions and helping clients to deploy the strategies to help them get the right work done. He brings years of experience to the table and has an impressive track record of helping clients reach their goals while making it easy to live with technology. 

He got his career started at Hay Group (later acquired by Korn Ferry), where his teams were responsible for developing commercial strategies for their productized services businesses. Chris then joined the Adecco Group as part of LHH. Soon after joining he was tapped to lead North American commercial activities for Ezra, Adecco’s virtual leadership development solution. Chris then spent one year as a general partner at venture capital firm Archetype before returning back to Adecco, in his current Pontoon role. 

Chris has a Bachelor’s in Business from Loyola University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Villanova University.  He lives just outside of Philadelphia with his wife and two sons, where he spends his free time aspiring to play more golf.
