Jennifer I. Braganza leads as Global Head of Business Transformation and Technology Services, believing that better never stops as she drives value for our clients through increased efficiencies and exceptional experiences. Recognised as a top engineer and educator in her field, Jennifer is a passionate guardian of Pontoon’s entrepreneurial culture, serving as a STEM and DEIB mentor, advocate, and sponsor.

Before joining Pontoon in 2020, she directed process and transformation teams at Bank of America for almost a decade. Prior to Bank of America, Jennifer taught engineering at UNC Charlotte and worked as a design and development engineer at Continental AG for six years.

She remains active in the local Charlotte, NC community serving as a licensed foster parent and on various civic and university boards.
