If you have applied for a role where you will work on an assignment / contract at one of our clients, there are various documents and notices we need to give you as an Employment Business to ensure you are fully informed. This page sets out the possible options, which you should discuss in more detail with your Pontoon Consultant.
The following apply to candidates who will be engaged on a PAYE basis to provide their services to one or more end-clients
The following apply to those candidates who will provide their services through their own Personal Services Company (PSC) (i.e. limited company workers)
The following apply to those candidates who will provide their services through an Umbrella Company. Below are the details for umbrella companies with which Pontoon prefer to work. These ‘preferred suppliers’ are heavily vetted as having robust processes and procedures.
Workers may choose to use another umbrella company outside of our list of preferred suppliers. These maybe unknown to Pontoon at this time and would have to undergo the same extensive vetting process as our current list of suppliers before an assignment could start Please note Pontoon will only work with FCSA accredited Umbrella companies . Consequently we cannot provide their details here.
