Implementing an efficient onboarding solution was essential to modernise a slow and outdated hiring process for our Tech & Consulting client. The communication methods available led to unnecessary back-and-forth, extending candidate onboarding times and delaying start dates.
To address this, Pontoon introduced a consistent and streamlined process using our proprietary remote onboarding tool, PontoonON.
Previously, onboarding new workers took nearly six working days—our automated solution now completes the process in under one working day, significantly improving speed, experience and the capability of our customers to deliver on their business outcomes.
