Sam Smith appointed the President of Pontoon

Sam Smith returns to the Adecco Group to lead Pontoon Solutions into its next phase of strategic growth and innovation.

 

With 27 years of industry experience and a deep understanding of the contingent workforce, Sam Smith joins Pontoon with a clear focus on strengthening our service procurement offering, as well as advancing our AI and data capabilities.

Prior to joining Pontoon, Sam’s focus was on large-scale outsourcing for global organisations. She most recently served as the President of Global Client Delivery at Magnit, following eight years in various senior leadership roles at Kelly Services.

She first joined the Adecco Group in a sales capacity before moving to Roevin, where she managed operations and the managed services business, working closely with the evolving Pontoon organisation as it transitioned from Hyphen and Adecco Managed Solutions.

Sam’s return comes at a pivotal moment, as Pontoon aims to outpace market growth by leveraging innovation, operational excellence, and a people-first approach to meet rising global demand and optimise contingent talent strategies for our clients.

Sam’s hands-on experience with high-volume staffing, supply chain dynamics, and the evolving needs of contingent workers uniquely equip her to lead Pontoon's ambitious agenda.
