Our multinational financial services MSP client needed to hire skilled technical contractors remotely at scale. Remote hiring process did not provide enough clarity or control and exposed a significant risk in candidate integrity. 

To restore confidence in the process, we implemented AI-powered screening and prequalification tool. This technology detected early behavioural irregularities, strengthened security, and elevated decision quality. The client gained a more stable, streamlined remote hiring process with greater control.

The onsite Pontoon team led the Glider AI deployment and trained programme teams, suppliers, and hiring managers to ensure confident adoption of the technology.

Glider AI’s proctoring and facial recognition features monitored behaviours such as screen sharing, copy pasting, and external browsing. After each assessment, the tool generated a probability score indicating candidate risk, enabling suppliers to review results and ensure that only quality profiles progressed.

This workflow gave hiring managers full clarity across the hiring lifecycle, confirming that the person interviewed was the same individual who had completed each stage.
