SIA Names Seven Leaders from the Adecco Group in 2021 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing

Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 150 list highlights the 2021 women leaders across the industry.

Each year, these game changers are chosen based on their innovation mindset, leadership abilities and progressive ideas that move the workforce industry forward.

Karin Selfors-Thomann

Global head of consumer products, life sciences and industrials at Pontoon Solutions, Karen Selfors-Thomann is an activist leader with a passion for driving diverse talent practices, foraging inclusive behaviours and specialising in cross-ecosystem expansions to grow customer accounts.

Karin leads customer pursuits to win new logos, renew contracts and deliver critical enhancements while growing key accounts to premiere total talent programs. She launched Pontoon’s RecruiterlessRXO and its Rapid Hire program, saving hiring managers 90,000 hours annually.

Karin also regularly provides input and insight on DE&I and talent strategies for the future on various industry-related panels.

Karin is included on the 2021 Americas 100 and the 2021 Global Power 150 lists.

Jenna Dobbins

As VP of human resources for Pontoon Solutions’ global team, Jenna Dobbins is focused on the development of employees’ skills and encourages employee career progression. This year, Jenna launched a learning initiative that resulted in 31,000 training hours, a 450% increase in learning platform engagement. Her efforts also resulted in a 40% promotion/lateral career advancement rate and record-breaking employee satisfaction scores.

Jenna promoted The Adecco Group’s Future@Work strategy and deployed a global performance management system that increased availability of data, communication and the automation of HR tasks.

Jenna has also served on the board of the HR Florida State Council Inc. and SHRM Jacksonville.

Jenna is included on the 2021 Americas 100 and the 2021 Global Power 150 lists.
