Meet the team

With a successful track record of 15 years in the HR Solutions space, Jonny is an expert in the sector with deep experience across solution design, implementation, sourcing, analytics, technology and delivery. In 2018 Jonny spearheaded Pontoon’s launch of RXO as a new offering to augment the traditional RPO model. The growth of this customer-centric approach is continuing in his newly created role leading Marketing Operations and Analytics. Recognised as a thought leader by SIA in the 40 under 40 list in 2019, Jonny is located in Atlanta, Georgia.
