Shauzab serves as the Global Segment Head of Technology & Consulting, demonstrating his in-depth knowledge of the technology sector coupled with consulting experience. He is client-centric in his approach, leading from an Industry point of view.
As a collaborative leader, Shauzab partners across the Adecco Group ecosystem to leverage the strength of the wider organisation. He is adept at breaking down the silos thereby constructing compelling and differentiated client value propositions. In the talent space, his experience span from advisory services in the workplace of the future to overseeing large scale RPO/RXO implementations.
Shauzab joined Pontoon in December of 2021 after 21 years at IBM, consulting Fortune 500 enterprises in the High-Tech industry. In this role, he partnered with his clients’ C-Suite team to architect and implement enterprise transformations. His strong interpersonal skills and focus on talent development have earned him a reputation for engaging and inspiring top-performing teams.
Shauzab is based in Boston, where he lives with his wife and two children. He is active in his local community, mentoring young adults and serving as a board member on two not-for-profit organisations.
