Pontoon and She Matters partnered to organise a 10-week training program aimed at increasing the employability of female candidates while getting access to a new diverse and under-utilised talent pool for one of our customers.
Pontoon partnered with a diversity resourcing and inclusion consulting company – VERCIDA – to build our customers’ D&I strategies in Europe. We also utilise their site as a hiring channel to reach their intended candidate audience
