This year’s report reflects Pontoon’s strengthened capabilities to support complex multi-country RPO capabilities and investment in a new product suite.

In the report, Everest credited Pontoon’s growth in the analytics space, including descriptive dashboards, predictive insights related to spend and time-to-fill, plus program performance. Analysts also recognised Pontoon’s market insights on talent supply and demand across industries and geographies as a differentiator in the market.
