Jenna Dobbins currently leads as Pontoon’s Global Head of Human Resources. She joined Pontoon in 2013 and has worked in HR Director and Global Head of People Operations roles. Jenna has Pontoon in her heart and has demonstrable success driving strategic projects and leading development and upskilling initiatives, including the global deployment of our HR data system and the creation and roll-out of our performance management system. Jenna has developed and implemented innovative programs to drive engagement across our global organisation centred around learning and development. She is passionate about creating and cultivating a culture of learning and thought leadership in the human capital space.
Jenna’s recent accomplishments include championing a continuous learning culture with a defined initiative to develop employees’ skills and abilities through learning targets, instilling a growth mindset across Pontoon and encouraging career development and internal mobility opportunities resulting in over 40% of employees moving into new positions in the last 12 months.
Lee Baldwin is currently Pontoon’s Global Head of Product, Technology, and Operations and leads our Global Midmarket business. Lee’s tenure with The Adecco Group spans 13 years since he joined Pontoon in 2009 to support customers in our financial services segment. Over the years, he has held multiple leadership roles and demonstrates his success by driving innovative global workforce strategies for highly complex clients. Lee is also passionate about developing teams and creating career development opportunities.
As Global Head of Product, Technology and Operations, Lee accelerates our customer-centric initiatives through his organisation’s innovative product and solution design capabilities along with our global implementation teams. Lee’s group is instrumental in achieving outcomes for our customers and growing Pontoon’s reach through new client acquisitions and sales pursuits. Lee’s keen ability to identify critical moments that matter has led to delighting our customers and improving the experience we deliver.
