Lee’s tenure with The Adecco Group spans 14 years since he joined Pontoon in 2009, during which he has held multiple leadership roles. Over the years, he has held multiple leadership roles and demonstrates his success by driving innovative global workforce strategies for highly complex clients. Lee is also passionate about developing teams and creating career development opportunities.
As Global Client Success & Advisory, Lee accelerates our customer-centric initiatives through his organisation’s innovative product and solution design capabilities along with our global implementation teams. Lee’s group is instrumental in achieving outcomes for our customers and growing Pontoon’s reach through new client acquisitions and sales pursuits. Lee’s keen ability to identify critical moments that matter has led to delighting our customers and improving the experience we deliver.
Jessica started her career at Pontoon in 2016 and has worked across functions including HR, Project Management and, most recently, leading People Operations. Her stewardship and expertise in technology and process enhancement have made significant impacts on colleague engagement, skill development and retention.
Jessica has expertly enabled the transformation of our strategic priorities to enable our people to develop their skills and be instrumental in the success of Pontoon. Her unmatched desire to learn has built a foundation of curiosity and discovery, which has embedded a growth mindset across Jessica’s team and colleagues. Her commitment to upskilling has translated into bringing in new techs and tools that guide our HR function through data and efficient processes. The innovations that Jessica has championed have put real-time and meaningful data in the hands of all of our leaders to keep the key priorities visible.
Jessica’s passion for learning has been the driving force behind Pontoon’s learning program. This program instils a continuous learning culture with defined initiatives to develop employees’ skills and abilities through company-wide learning goals and individual targets. Jessica is a growth mindset champion and continuously encourages career development and internal mobility opportunities resulting. Her efforts have resulted in over 40% of employees moving into new positions in the last 12 months.
