NelsonHall has released its NEAT (NelsonHall Vendor Evaluation Assessment Tool) for Recruitment Process Outsourcing & Total Talent Services 2023, in which 17 RPO providers were assessed.
The NEAT looks at over 80 criteria variables to assess the providers’ ability to deliver immediate benefits to the client and the ability to meet clients’ future market requirements. Pontoon was placed highly in the Leader quadrant for the Overall category, as well as for Innovation in Services and innovation in Technology/Tools.
