How we helped

Creating a customised dashboard

Our Pontoon Analytics team created a Programme Open Aging Dashboard in the customers reporting system.

This new dashboard was programmed to update multiple times per day, allowing our programme team and customer stakeholders to have the proper insight into their open positions.

Impact

Total visibility

The live dashboards led to a steady increase in meeting SLA targets, totalling 30%.

Visibility to all req statuses increased, with the programme team and stakeholders able to view detailed information regarding their progression in the hiring process.
