We began by expanding our customer’s current MSP program to include a direct sourcing solution.

Our direct sourcing team included Subject Matter Experts in the engineering field and ensured all requirements were clear to the customer.

The team then leveraged market-leading sourcing technology to tap into our talent rivers and discover the hard-to-reach engineering candidates our customer was seeking.

Pontoon Analytics enabled us to provide real-time data to our customer, which allowed us to stay ahead of our customer’s needs.

We also took on the direct recruiter role to manage the entire process from sourcing to hiring; eventually managing this talent while on assignment.
