Our client, a leading automotive engineering company, was looking for a partner who could expertly support recruiting engineering and technical maintenance professionals.
Throughout the project, we recruited 70 highly specialised individuals who support our client out of Murten.
Pontoon’s recruitment experts had to source and attract engineers in a market experiencing fierce competition for highly qualified talent.
Another difficulty was recruiting for a site in a bilingual location – we had to find engineering experts speaking German and French.
We consulted with the customer and based Pontoon’s RPO team entirely in Switzerland.
