We consulted with the customer and based Pontoon’s RPO team entirely in Switzerland. Our Swiss experts knew the domestic market well and incorporated this know-how into attraction and sourcing approaches. They were also familiar with the recruitment specifics of the surrounding countries, which proved invaluable in covering the required language combination.

Pontoon’s recruiters had substantial experience finding specialised talent and were familiar with tech jargon, which was critical to approaching and attracting engineers. Our sourcing strategy was crucial for the programme’s success:

  • We started cooperation with universities that offered engineering programmes to source experts straight from academia.
  • We also targeted job boards specialising in technical professions to get through to tech experts actively looking for a job.
  • In addition, our client had a scheme that offered an attractive commission for all employees whose referrals were brought on board – this additionally spurred candidate attraction.
