Pontoon, the global leader in total talent solutions, has been recognized as the #2 leader of global MSP in HRO Today’s annual Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Rating.
The Baker’s Dozen rankings are based on feedback from buyers of MSP service, and more than 25 of the top MSP providers are included in the survey. Results are analyzed across three sub-categories: breadth of service, size of deals, and quality of service. This is the eighth year in a row that Pontoon has been recognized by its customers for outstanding service and satisfaction.
“Customer satisfaction is such an integral part of our service offering; we are proud to have once again been selected as a leading MSP provider by our customers
and to receive recognition from HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen,” commented Mike Wachholz, President of Pontoon.
Wachholz added, “As the world of work changes, we are witnessing a transformation of how companies leverage their permanent and contingent workforces, and organizations are taking a unified view to finding talent. Our success and expertise within MSP and RPO allow us to re-design global talent acquisition strategies in response to this transformation, and implement the process, technology and partnerships to secure the best results for our clients.”
“Our Baker’s Dozen list is the only survey that allows buyers to rate their providers. Pontoon’s leading position in the survey is testament to their breadth of experience and knowledge as an MSP provider, coupled with their winning customer service.” Commented Elliot Clark, CEO and Chairman of SharedXpertise.
Pontoon has consistently been recognized on HRO Today’s MSP Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction list since its inception in 2010.
